Essential Morocco is pleased to present the following update regarding Morocco's Port Lixus Plan Azur resort.

Port Lixus, situated on the Atlantic coast near the city of Larache, is the next scheduled Plan Azur resort in which properties are now being released for sale.  At this point in time the first phase of villas are expected to go on sale shortly with further properties to be released for sale in the coming months.

The villas all feature 3-4 bedrooms on spacious plots with unique designs incorporating art deco, moroccan and andalusian accents.  Opening prices are expected to start at 500,000 euros.
