Work on the 840-berth marina and Marina Club is nearing completion and is expected to officially open in December 2006 when all berths will be accessible and the luxurious Members Club will open.  The beaches and walkways are now undergoing the final stages of preparation prior to a clean up, so all works are complete and they are ready for use in line with completion of the first units.
