news date: Friday, June 22, 2007
Miami, June 22, 2007 -- Essential Worldwide, one of the leading real estate development companies with offices in Marbella (Spain) and Casablanca (Morocco), announced today their exclusive European sales launch of the 'Capital at Brickell' in Miami. This complex comprising 850 luxury apartments (condo homes), inspired by the Empire State and Chrysler building, will be located one block west of Brickell Avenue’s financial district as well as luxury hotel facilities, JW Marriott, Four Seasons, and Conrad Hilton in Miami.
This mixed-use project will consist of two towers, the North Tower with 57 floors and the South Tower with 58 floors. On the first floor there will be 14,585 m2 of retail space and the remaining base of the building will have office space, loft and studio units. The pool area and all other amenities will be located on the 14th floor, at the top of the base. On the towers there will be one and two bedroom units. The top levels will feature penthouse units. The architecture will be contemporary and the units will be unique with comfortable terraces and splendid views. The retail space will consist of fine dining, fashionable shops, specialty boutiques and cafes on site and the presence of service-oriented office suites and multi-functional business center.
'..The European market ain't seen nothing yet..', according to Sales and Marketing Director Mr. Tim Tolbert of Essential Worldwide, who is originally from the United States himself. In the upcoming weeks another development in Miami and one in Las Vegas will see daylight as well. All prospective buyers coming out on the inspection trips that are now on offer will be looked after in Miami by Mrs. Lily Hirmas and her dedicated team on site. Having all necessary sales support set up in Miami in combination with the present buying power of the sterling pound and the euro, Mr. Tolbert reckons that another emerging market has been added to an already strong overseas portfolio.
